APPAREL: Items that are unworn and put back in the original packaging can be returned or exchanged.
Items that are returned will received full refund minus return shipping costs.
Items that are exchanged will be exchanged and the customer will pay return shipping costs.

BOWS: Our bows are limited quantities and seasonal, so we do not accept regular returns for credit. However, if your bow is damaged or has an issue, we will absolutely take care of it for you and make sure you get a quality bow! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns for credit or a refund may be available at our discretion for wrongful renewals, damaged bows, and other special circumstances. Please email us at email@example.com.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
