APPAREL: Items that are unworn and put back in the original packaging can be returned or exchanged.
Items that are returned will received full refund minus return shipping costs.
Items that are exchanged will be exchanged and the customer will pay return shipping costs.
To start a return or exchange, email support at support@oliviasbowclub.com.
BOWS: Our bows are limited quantities and seasonal, so we do not accept regular returns for credit.
However, if your bow is damaged or has an issue, we will absolutely take care of it for you and make sure you get a quality bow! Please email us at support@oliviasbowclub.comReturns for credit or a refund may be available at our discretion for wrongful renewals, damaged bows, and other special circumstances. Please email us at support@oliviasbowclub.com.
For USA customers:
Subscriptions ship free. All other bows have a flat rate of $3.50 per order. Orders over $40 ship free!
For Canada customers:
Shipping on subscriptions is FREE, shipping for other items is carrier calculated with USPS First Class.
At this moment, we do not ship outside of the USA & Canada.
Subscriptions and all matching subscription items ship MONTHLY, between the 28th and 30th.
All other items ship within 3-4 business days.
Once your bows are shipped, they usually take 2-4 days to be delivered! You will receive an email from our shipping platform containing the details of your shipment and your tracking number!
We use USPS First Class Shipping for packages under 16 oz and Priority Mail for larger packages.
For your subscription:
1. Log into your account.
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Select “Addresses”
4. Update your shipping address and save.
Be sure to update your address by the 14th, as your subscription will renew on the 15th. If you are doing it after that date, email us to ensure your address gets changed!
For general orders (all other items)
1. Log into your account.
2. Select “Addresses”
3. Update your shipping address and save. This will update your general customer profile for easy checkout next time. This will not update your *subscription* address. Please see the above for subscription updates.
If you need to change your address AFTER your order has been placed:
Email us at support@oliviasbowclub.com ! If the order contains a subscription and we have not shipped it, we can update your address manually. If this is a regular order, we will do our best but may not be able to update it before it's shipped due to fast processing times.
Oh no! We totally hate when that happens. Unfortunately, once it’s shipped, we have no control over the package and it’s in the hands of USPS :-( However, we always do everything possible to make sure you get those bows! Here’s what we suggest if this happens:
1) Check with all your neighbors and your postman/woman to see if they have seen it. Luckily it's a distinctive color and easy to remember.
2) Wait a few more days. We know this is SO hard when you’re waiting on cute bows, but we have seen many instances in which USPS marks a package as delivered when it has NOT been delivered just yet. We’ve seen packages show up up to a week after it was marked as delivered. While you’re waiting…
3) Go to your local post office if you’re able to - Sometimes packages get held there for odd reasons!
4) File a claim with USPS - You can do this super quickly online and this also sometimes makes it magically appear!
5) If you have no luck with any of this and its been a few more days, let us know and we will make sure you get your bows.
We often print labels ahead of shipping time to get organized, and sometime you will receive your tracking email before we are finished. We know it's hard, but please be patient! :-) During subscription shipping, we ship through the 29th. If your tracking has not updated by the evening of the 29th, shoot us an email and we'll check on it for you. For all other orders, our current processing time is up to 4 business days! (Monday-Friday)
Only California customers will be charged tax - We are based in California and CA state tax law requires sales tax to be paid on all purchases made and shipped within CA.Your tax percentage will vary depending on your specific county's tax rate (6-8% total).
In your cart, you will see an option for entering a discount code, right under the items in your cart. If you are on mobile, you may need to click to expand the box. Enter it there and click “Apply Coupon”. The discount will be applied to your order and you will see the discount in the “Cart Totals” section.
No problem! We always honor valid coupon codes. Just contact us and we’ll refund you!
It’s as easy as 1-2-3 to have the perfect accessories for your little lady!
Step 1: Head on over to our subscribe page, choose your bow type(s), and continue through checkout. We have tons of different bow options (and scrunchies, headbands, etc!) for mamas AND little babes!
By subscribing, you will receive your chosen bows each month, shipped at the end of the month. You can cancel or skip anytime.
Step 2: Get excited when you see that special email with your tracking number on it! Our bows ship the last week of every month and will be delivered to your door just in time to enjoy them for the following month (For example, December bows ship November 28 so you can enjoy their Christmas theme all of December).
Step 3: Rock those bows little lady! We know your little miss will be O so excited to receive her pretty package in the mail… So excited that she may be wearing a bow before they make it all the way to the house!
Your subscription will renew monthly on the 15th, after receiving your first set.
You get to choose! We have 8 subscription options. All headbands are available on beige, chocolate, or black bands.

Check out this month's bows by clicking "Subscribe" in our navigation menu! We release new designs every month on the 10th.
We do not sell previous month's bows - We make our bows in limited quantities and once they're gone, they're gone! However, we do sometimes sell excess inventory in yearly sales or specials. Our cut off for each month ends on the 9th of the following month.
For example: The majority of April bows will ship March 28th-30th, to arrive in the first week of April. The LAST CALL for April bows is April 9th, and will ship immediately. On April 10th, we will release the next month (May's) set!
It’s super easy! Just go to the gift subscription page (GIFT A BOX on our nav menu). You will be prompted to choose the bow type and duration of the gift subscription. Upon checkout, enter your billing address. You will be prompted to enter details for your recipient, and to choose where you’d like your complimentary gift bow sent.The complimentary gift bow comes with gift subscriptions for FREE and is a prepackaged, adorable bow that’s ready to give to your recipient! If you want to give them their bow in person BEFORE they receive their subscription, enter your own address.Gift subscriptions are paid in FULL at the time of purchase. You will be renewed monthly to create your order, but will not be charged anything.
Easy peasy! Just log into your account, and follow these steps. Make sure to do this before the 14th, because your subscription renews on the 15th each month.
1. Click "Manage Subscription" and then click EDIT next to your active subscription.
2. Scroll down to see the products in your subscription. Click on it.
3. Choose the bow type you want to change to.
4. Click update.
Easy! You can skip just one month, multiple months, or cancel. Here's how to do each. Just make sure to do this before the 14th (your subscription renews on the 15th).
To skip just one month:
1. Log into your account and choose "manage subscription". Click EDIT next to your active subscription.
2. Scroll down and click SKIP THIS MONTH.
3. Confirm, and then you're all set!
To skip multiple months.
1. Log into your account and choose "manage subscription"
2. On the top bar, click UPCOMING RENEWALS.
3. Find the months you want to skip and click SKIP next to each one.
4. You're all set! You can unskip a month by following the same process and clicking UNSKIP next to the months in question.
To cancel your subscription:
1. Log into your account and choose "manage subscription". Click EDIT next to your active subscription.
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION.
You can add more items by following the steps below. Make sure to do this by the 14th of the month, as your subscription renews on the 15th each month
1. Log into your account and click MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
2. Next to your active subscription, click EDIT.
3. You'll then see all of your options for adding matching bows. Hover over the bow you want to add, and choose if you want to add it one-time (just your next renewal) or every month.
4. Confirm, and then you are all set!

3. Click "Upcoming Renewals" along the top bar.
4. Click SKIP next to each item/month you want to skip.

3. Click "Shipping Address" along the top bar.
4. Update your address and save.

2. Click "Manage Subscription".
3. Click "EDIT" next to your subscription.
4. Scroll down and click Cancel My Subscription and follow the prompts to fully cancel.
5. Repeat for any additional subscriptions.

1. Log into your account.
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. If your subscription is cancelled, you'll see a REACTIVATE button. Click here and follow any prompts.
If you are reactivating AFTER the 15th but you want the current month, please email us. Reactivating after renewals have occurred will not retroactively process your order.
