APPAREL: Items that are unworn and put back in the original packaging can be returned or exchanged.

Items that are returned will received full refund minus return shipping costs.

Items that are exchanged will be exchanged and the customer will pay return shipping costs.

To start a return or exchange, email support at support@oliviasbowclub.com.

BOWS: Our bows are limited quantities and seasonal, so we do not accept regular returns for credit.
However, if your bow is damaged or has an issue, we will absolutely take care of it for you and make sure you get a quality bow! Please email us at support@oliviasbowclub.comReturns for credit or a refund may be available at our discretion for wrongful renewals, damaged bows, and other special circumstances.
